BUILDING Made Easy® was developed by a licensed Interior Architectural Designer and Construction Consultant with decades of experience working with builders, homeowners, and investors—bridging the gap between vision, budget, and execution. We have over 25 years in the Business of Streamlining the process of Residential New Construction. During early 2000, the era of Excessive Mansions and Mini Mansions, in Texas the three biggest culprits to a successful Build to Completion project was Lack of project preparedness, poor communication [visual and verbal] and excessive change orders due to lack of clarity in design details.
Building a home shouldn’t be overwhelming or terrifying. Our approach simplifies the process, and gives you the tools or expert guidance to eliminate potential issues. Design challenges, concerns or questions become evident and easier to identify, as you progress thru the program or advisory.
