  • Determine your “STYLE” and what you

       NEED | WANT | DESIRE

  • Review your DESIGN Ideas, Elements, and lifestyle requirements and provide consultation based on YOUR Needs.

​​

  • Review or compose your conceptual floor plan, determine space requirements, needs, flow and creative design finish out elements

​​

  • Client is provided Assessments, Questionaires and a conceptual design exercise.  All these components result in the creation of YOUR Pre-Construction Packet. Systematic and Organized!

  • Client provides pre-construction packet to Builder | Architect | Design Team

​

PHASE Two

Review Drawings

Review DRAWINGS ​ 

 

 

  • Pre-Construction Packet is used by the Builder | Architect | Design Team

       to create your Floor Plan

​​

  • Once the Architect provides you with a copy of the floor, Utilize your pre-construction packet as your CHECKLIST to review drawings

​

  • Before signing off on the Floor Plan Ensure all notes, pertaining to the design are on the floor plan. Once you sign off, that Floor Plan is converted into CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. 

​

  • Project Schedule and Timelines are produced and received from the Builder.  We review and determine our shopping schedule to select product and finishes.

​

  • We create a list of every known product or material that we are responsible for selecting.  We select, record and provide for all parties to review.
